In the past ten (10) years , Royal Diwan Group has gained its place in the league of leading perfume manufacturers . What started as a fragrance house in the United Arab Emirates, our brand Western Valley Avenue London is now one of the most flourishing and elite brand in the market. The group, under the umbrella of Al Battash & Sons, has gained grand recognition not only in the region but now extending to the European market, and soon to extend in North America and Asia.

I am very proud of realizing this dream and making our retail shops Royal Diwan Oud and Alia Al Qamar, the most sought after fragrance stores and gaining remarkable recognition in perfumery in the UAE market.

On the other hand, the George Kordahi line of fragrances have been immensely successful and established name in the perfume scene. It continues to capture the attention of a vast number of consumers, deriving inspiration  from the fresh smell of the village in Lebanon where Mr. Kordahi is from. The George Kordahi perfumes lets you discover a perfume paradise.

The George Kordahi line performed very good in the last two (2) years since its launch and reached exclusive stores outside the Middle East including Selfridges in London and is exclusively available there.

I can say with pride that our perfumes are very unique and combines the strong Arabic feeling mixed with a western touch which is a perfect combination to present an Arabic product to the world. We are investing more on research on fascinating combinations of fragrances to come up with exciting new products.

Soon we will be launching Al Battash Concepts, a new brand which aims to bring to the market the best and opulent perfumes to cater to the very demanding upper class market.

Aside from perfumery and retail shops, Al Battash & Sons is on a definite expansion with interest in stocks, real estate and an online marketing agency. Plans are under way to establish offices in Bahrain and Spain. The group focuses its eyes now on the European market, as evidenced with the Western Valley Avenue brand’s success in Poland and Eastern Europe.

I believe the workforce plays a big part on where the group is now today. Giving the employees the best work environment and looking after them is what has made this company the success it is today.
